Guidelines and regulations for all sporting events
📋General Rules
•An individual is allowed to compete in their individual events and one relay.
•Only three competitors from each department can participate in one event.
•Department captains must submit a list of their athletes (entry list) to the sports secretary within the stipulated time (one day before the annual meet).
•Participants must follow all instructions given by coordinators and referees. Any form of misconduct, including verbal or physical abuse towards officials, fellow participants, or spectators, will result in immediate disqualification.
🛡️Safety Guidelines
•Participants must ensure they are in good physical health before competing. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, please inform the event coordinators immediately. Medical clearance may be required for certain high-intensity events.
•Warm-up sessions are highly recommended before each event to prevent injuries. Stretching and proper preparation are essential for optimal performance and safety.
•In case of injury during an event, participants must immediately notify officials and seek medical attention. First aid stations will be available at all venues. Do not continue if you feel unwell or injured.
•The organizing committee reserves the right to postpone or cancel events due to weather conditions or other safety concerns. Safety is our top priority.
